Robert Half Marketing Project Manager in Nashville, Tennessee

Description

Our Client at Robert Half is seeking a skilled Marketing Project Manager to support on a 1 year contract to oversee all marketing campaigns, and strategic event planning for a large event with our client in the entertainment industry.

Location: Hybrid in Nashville, TN (2-3 days)

W2 Pay: $30-$35/hr

Employment Type: Contract, 10 month-12 months, FT (30-40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the timeline, budget, and execution of all marketing campaigns for large scale events.

• Collaborate with vendors and clients throughout the project timeline to ensure all details are organized and implemented effectively.

• Support the marketing and strategy teams in adhering to branding guidelines, including logos and print collateral.

• Utilize market research to enhance web and social traffic and promote ticket sales.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans effectively.

• Create comprehensive go-to-market plans and marketing briefs.

• Manage multiple events, ranging from small to large scale.

• Leverage project management tools, preferably Workfront or similar, to manage marketing campaigns and increase ticket sales.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Possess the ability to work independently and proactively.

Requirements

  • Will have experience overseeing numerous events spanning from 100 to 10k people

  • Experience in marketing ticket sales and creating marketing campaigns to increase ticket sales

  • Previous project management experience, preferably using Workfront or similar project management tools.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing plans.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Someone who is skilled in organization

  • Ideally have worked in the entertainment industry

  • Skills in event planning, specifically special event planning

  • Knowledge and understanding of brand guidelines and their application

  • Ability to analyze and interpret web traffic data

  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.
