Description Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Content Marketing to lead the development, execution, and management of a comprehensive content strategy. This critical position will help shape the voice, thought leadership, and digital presence of the organization while ensuring alignment with its brand values and business development objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals and resonates with clients, prospects, and stakeholders. Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy, bolstering the company’s thought leadership and detail oriented brand presence. Collaborate with subject matter experts to generate webinar concepts, agendas, and related content initiatives. Oversee the production of diverse, high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, webinars, and social media posts. Manage a team of writers, editors, and external vendors to ensure content deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and external public relations teams to coordinate media efforts and amplify thought leadership. Collaborate with internal and external digital marketing teams to optimize content with search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. Requirements Qualifications: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in content marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Proven success in developing and executing content strategies, particularly in a B2B detail oriented services environment (experience in accounting, consulting, or healthcare is preferred). Expertise in SEO, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and other content management systems is highly desirable. Strong strategic, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and storytelling. Traits that include being detail-oriented, adaptable, and responsive to evolving needs. Exceptional time management, project management, and communication skills are essential.
