Mission Rock Residential Maintenance Technician in Nashville, Tennessee

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us keep our properties in great condition. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, are mechanically inclined, and have excellent customer service skills. This is a great entry level position.

    The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following:

  • Electrical

  • Plumbing

  • Carpentry

  • Drywall

  • Painting

  • Appliances

  • Exterior structures

  • Swimming pools

  • General Maintenance

  • Customer Service

    The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:

  • Basic tools for maintenance work.

  • Industry experience

  • Team player

  • CPO & EPA Certification (preferred)

  • Minimum 1-year multifamily maintenance experience

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Must be able to perform general/routine inspections and identify possible issues.

  • Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Must be able to apply efficient and effective solutions (ex: do the hard work now so you don't have to later)

  • Must be able to work on a team and collaborate with others.
