Occupation Summary This occupation will be used to fill job vacancies when internal postings and external searchfor qualified candidates fails to result in a qualified candidate being hired. Work Performed
- A Learner is by definition a training position for a specific occupation. Training for a Learnerposition will be accomplished through OJT working with experienced personnel.
- Work performed will be based on the job occupation for which the candidate is hired. Whenposting internally and externally for the job, job being filled will be identified.
- Once a Learner demonstrates proficiency, he/she will be moved to the occupation andlabor grade of the job he/she has been trained for.
- Performs duties incidental to the accomplishment of the assigned task.
- Each employee will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping inhis/her work area as directed as well as assuring the accuracy of their work.
Minimum Qualifications High School graduate with one (1) year work experience preferred.
