Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Customer Support Representative, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively handling customer sales inquiries and introducing new products and promotions through inbound and outbound sales calls. You will work with various teams throughout the company to maximize the customer experience through understanding customer needs and providing support and effective solutions. You must also be comfortable building relationships with new and existing customers, generating interest in the product lineup, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and drive sales strategies to grow and increase market share profitability.

  • Provide product and service information to customers.

  • Ensure programs are successfully coordinated and communicated.

  • Enhance relationships and develop business opportunities.

  • Review sales reports to improve and resolve customer accounts.

  • Research and communicate market and industry trends.

  • Attend training classes across functional/technical skills, leadership development, and product knowledge

  • Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with internal/external customers.

  • Update leadership utilizing Bridgestone reporting tools on competitive market activity.

  • Process, monitor, and track sales orders

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience

  • Associate Degree or 2 years similar work experience

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Detailed oriented and organized

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite

  • Outgoing personality

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP and Salesforce knowledge and experience are a plus

  • Previous sales or tire industry experience
