We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Assist with onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

• Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

• Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
