We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with employees and managers to drive HR initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our organization.If you are a motivated HR professional with a passion for making a difference, we invite you to for the HR Generalist position

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Assist with onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

  • Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
