Job Summary and Qualifications

The HR Service Center (HRSC) Director is responsible for ensuring Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR service representative tasks (e.g., answering calls, transaction support) are completed in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner and in full compliance with all legislative requirements and company policies. The HRSC Director will work under direction from the Director to ensure HR service delivery is consistently high-quality. The HRSC Director assists the Continuous Improvement team in developing individual team members and ensures the team engages in continuous learning and process improvement.

What you will do in this role:

  • You will oversee and direct operations for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer service representatives and supervisors

  • You will ensure call volumes are managed, and transactions are completed, timely and accurately

  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve staff performance and capabilities and identify training needs; develop staff in technical and soft skills

  • Review and analyze tier metrics on an ongoing basis to help continuously improve service center operations

  • You will oversee and manage vendor activity in support of the work needing to be accomplished

  • Provide advice and counsel

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelors Degree, required.

  • 7+ years of experience in relevant work experience, required.

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in HR service center, preferred.
