As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues. Additionally, you will handle escalated calls, which require advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations. Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Calls: Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming customer calls, striving to meet or exceed daily call targets while maintaining quality standards.

  • Customer Issue Resolution: Listen attentively to customer concerns, identify the root cause of their inquiries or issues, and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism during interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Escalated Calls: Handle escalated customer calls with tact and diplomacy, addressing complex or sensitive issues promptly and effectively to reach a satisfactory resolution.

  • Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess situations, analyze information, and propose appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
