JOB SUMMARY

Foundations & Endowments Specialty Practice (FESP) Support Specialist provides consistent, high quality support to the FESP Team and clients. They are responsible for general office administration; design and distribution support for client and business unit presentations and materials; assist with conference and trade show preparation; and provide general team support as needed. May serve as Account Specialist on small and low complexity client relationships and assist other FESP teammates with mid-size to larger client relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as Support Specialist and provide high quality support to the FESP Team and clients. They will perform general office and administration duties.

Provide design and distribution support for client related and business unit materials. Coordinate printing and delivery of materials as needed. May include assisting the RFP Team with production and delivery as needed.

Serve as delegate and assist with new teammate onboarding, including computer equipment, system, and building access requests.

Assist with conference and trade show preparation, including, but not limited to, ordering, shipping, and returning marketing materials, banners, tablecloths, giveaways, and other related tasks.

Coordinate travel arrangements and expense report submission for FESP Director of Client Service and other Senior Leaders.

Coordinate and submit sponsorship request and Accounts Payable forms.

Participate in projects and other initiatives as requested.

May serve as an Account Specialist on small and low complexity client relationships to gain client and account specific related knowledge. May assist other FESP teammates with mid-size to larger client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of general office and administration support experience; experience can be offset by Bachelor's degree or industry certifications.

  • Positive "can do" attitude and ability to work well within a Team environment in serving FESP clients.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

  • PowerPoint and presentation proficiency

  • Effective time and personal management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
