The Enterprise Architect - Data, Analytics and Integration is a key role for the organization responsible for creating a fluid, end to end vision for how data will flow through the organization in support of Bridgestone Americas Business Strategy. This role requires close working relationship with Business and IT Leadership. The role aligns to the Enterprise Architecture group, led by the Executive Director, Enterprise Architecture. The Enterprise Architecture group reports to the CIO of Bridgestone Americas.

Support and evolution of Enterprise Data Strategy to enable strategic business objectives of the company. Includes:
Understanding Business Strategy – drivers, enablers and expected outcomes
Defining Data Capability Framework: data capabilities needed to enable the strategy
Defining Data Management Approach: how strategic investments in data are managed and governed
Develop and own transition Roadmap(s) to mature Data Management practices for the organization.
Defining Reference Architectures to enable Data Capability Framework (eg. Data Acquisition, Data Integration, Data Architecture, Master Data Management, Data Security/Privacy)
Working with Data Capability owners define guidelines and governance practices.
Work with Enterprise Architecture Review Board for Architecture Governance across architecture domains.
Facilitate product selection as part of Architecture Standards definition.
Partner with Business and IT Teams to select an approach and product to meet business needs in line with Architecture standards and guidelines.
Lead identification of assets or services that can be re-used by the project teams to drive consistency, cost reduction, and increases speed to market within assigned architecture or functional domains
Proactively monitor strategic direction of Solution Vendors, technology and market trends, and determine their potential impact and value to the enterprise.
Facilitate targeted innovation for the architecture domain. Research and lead proof-of-concepts to assess and build new capabilities for this architecture domain. Also work across architecture domains to innovate on capabilities and solutions across the enterprise (Cloud, Mobility, Integration, etc.)
Participate and provide oversight to the implementation of solution standards and/or other industry best practices.
Advocate the communication of and adherence to defined application architecture strategy
Manage and develop Solution Architecture talent within Data, Analytics and Integration practices.
Partnering with Solution and System Architects, as well as business alignment team – guide development of solution architecture roadmaps, convert business requirements into an architecture blueprint and conceptual design, based on the Architecture standards and usage guidelines.
Provide technical and architecture consulting to Business and IT teams
Provide architecture and solution guidance to project teams in support of solution design and development.
· 3+ Years as an Enterprise Architect in the Data, Advanced Analytics and Integration combined areas in the last 5yrs working for a large global corporation
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher
· 12 years+ of IT experience OR Master’s Degree plus 10 years of experience.
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to influence strategic direction of senior executive leadership
· Ability to form relationships and partner effectively with IT and business stakeholders
· Demonstrable experience in full lifecycle Architecture, Design and development the Data, Advanced Analytics & Integration Technology and Process Landscape.
· Experienced in working in an Agile framework and in POC, MVP to Scale mindset.
· Working knowledge of systems architectural concepts and frameworks like TOGAF preferred.
· Experience developing multiyear roadmaps of the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio from current to future state.
· Experience developing, modifying, and executing IT strategies within the product portfolio suite.

Multi cloud Architectures with a preference in AWS, Azure & Google.
