THIS POSITION REQUIRES NO LIMIT ON US AND CANADA TRAVEL UP TO 80%

The Customer Solutions Engineer plays a crucial role in assisting new & existing customers as they integrate and start utilizing Invenco by GVR products. The Solutions Engineer will assist in new product testing & validation throughout the product release cycle to ensure solutions are successfully implemented for both our customers & Invenco by GVR. This will include technical documentation, essential training & support for customers & internal resources. This position requires strong communication skills, key attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Represent the Onboarding Support team in meetings with customers, serving as a bridge between the team and the customer. Ensure that customer needs, concerns, and feedback are understood and addressed by the team effectively, fostering a strong customer-centric approach within the team.

  • Perform Product Testing and Quality Validation prior to and during UAT (customer labs & site systems for pilot)

  • 3rd party integration.

  • Pilot implementation/pre – sales support; implement solutions for our customers on time, within budget and at a high quality.

  • Provide intercompany training as needed for Onboarding Support, Helpdesk Support, TAC and Product Support teams.

  • Prepare Customer specific Scope of Work & Other technical documentation detailing the order of operations, Install pre-requisites, peripheral setup and Customer configurations.

  • Attend industry and customer trade shows: Setup and tear down, Product expert and Demos.

  • Ensure and uphold high standards of Quality Assurance . Proactively introduce changes and enhancements to our processes and procedures to improve the overall customer experience.

  • As a point of escalation, you will handle issues that cannot be resolved by the team directly. You work to find swift and efficient solutions, liaising with relevant parties to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

  • Process Improvement: Continuous review and refinement of onboarding processes and procedures are essential. You proactively seek opportunities for efficiency gains and automation, driving improvements that enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain open and effective channels of communication between the Onboarding Support team, other departments, and external stakeholders is crucial.

  • Your strong problem-solving skills will be necessary when addressing issues that arise during the onboarding process. You are responsible for resolving these issues quickly and efficiently to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth experience.

ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of pertinent experience in a similar or transferrable role.

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science, engineering, or a related relevant field.

  • Possesses exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

  • Demonstrates outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

  • Has knowledge of Agile processes and principles.

  • Strong experience in troubleshooting complex issues.

  • Experience in business analysis/solutions consulting.

  • Fundamental understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.

  • Experience working a project-oriented environment.

  • Showcases sharp analytical skills.

  • Ability to use sound judgement and prior experience to make decisions and solve problems.

  • Maintains keen attention to detail.

  • Has no restrictions on travel.

The base compensation range for this position is $84,500 to $127,700 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
