Hiring for a full-time Assistant Manager who will support the manager in the daily operations of the branch office, which include customer service, collections, marketing, and general office management duties. Our ideal entry-level candidate will be an outgoing individual with a great attitude and exceptional work ethic, who understands the sense of urgency and will project a strong, positive, customer-friendly atmosphere.\ \ Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and process personal loan applications and renewals
- Provide excellent customer service while performing all tasks
- Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts
- Perform marketing strategies directed at both current and past customers as well as the general public and may include working community events, distributing flyers, visiting local businesses, and mailing letters
- Interact regularly with the public
Requirements
- Prompt and regular attendance
- A valid state driver\'s license, insurance, and reliable transportation to use for work
- Willingness and ability to work daytime business hours and work some Saturdays
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills with experience using standard applications, e-mail, and internet.
- Ability to operate a variety of other office equipment, including a calculator, copy machine, printer, fax machine, and telephone
- Willingness to follow all state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures
- Ability to work inside and outside, drive, walk on uneven ground, and climb stairs
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly and solve problems
Hours and Dress Code
- 40+ work week
- Monday Friday: 8:30-6:00
- Saturday: 9-2
- Sunday: closed
- Dress code is business casual
- Jeans are acceptable work attire
- Tennis shoes can be worn any day
