Cash Express, LLC Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Nashville, Tennessee

Hiring for a full-time Assistant Manager who will support the manager in the daily operations of the branch office, which include customer service, collections, marketing, and general office management duties. Our ideal entry-level candidate will be an outgoing individual with a great attitude and exceptional work ethic, who understands the sense of urgency and will project a strong, positive, customer-friendly atmosphere.\ \ Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process personal loan applications and renewals
  • Provide excellent customer service while performing all tasks
  • Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts
  • Perform marketing strategies directed at both current and past customers as well as the general public and may include working community events, distributing flyers, visiting local businesses, and mailing letters
  • Interact regularly with the public

Requirements

  • Prompt and regular attendance
  • A valid state driver\'s license, insurance, and reliable transportation to use for work
  • Willingness and ability to work daytime business hours and work some Saturdays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with experience using standard applications, e-mail, and internet.
  • Ability to operate a variety of other office equipment, including a calculator, copy machine, printer, fax machine, and telephone
  • Willingness to follow all state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work inside and outside, drive, walk on uneven ground, and climb stairs
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly and solve problems

Hours and Dress Code

  • 40+ work week
    • Monday Friday: 8:30-6:00
    • Saturday: 9-2
    • Sunday: closed
  • Dress code is business casual
  • Jeans are acceptable work attire
  • Tennis shoes can be worn any day
