Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of various HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, recruitment, and benefits. The candidate should additionally seek achievement with business strategy, goals, and objectives to support the business needs on various projects and assignments by providing data- driven, HR-related insight. Provide support to HR and business leadership by partnering to assess the needs of the business and seek to create HR specific solutions. Administers human resource programs designed to establish and maintain effective associate relations and government compliance through the application of policies, procedures, systems, and metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Conductsassociaterelationsinvestigationsas assigned, documentsfindingsandrecommendations,andcounselsandcoaches’management and associates

  • Coordinatesandassists with various HR programs/departments to ensurecomplianceinareas of equalemploymentopportunity (EEO), E-Verify,Office of Federal ContractCompliance Programs (OFCCP) and affirmativeaction,immigration,department of labor (DOL), andcompanypoliciesandprocedures

  • Monitorsandanalyzes HR data andstatistics as well as producesanddistributes regular and ad hoc reports

  • Assists in thedevelopment of peoplemanagementskillsandprovide an objectiveperspectiveonemployeeandleadershipissues

  • Participatesandcontributes to variouscorporate projects and teams related to HR initiatives

  • Partners with HR centers of excellence in order to meetvariousobjectivesand facilitate the resolution of employeeandleaderissues

  • Assists with thedevelopment,implementation,andcommunicationofhuman resources policiesandprocedures

  • Mayrequirelighttravelbaseduponbusinessneeds

Education and Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor’sdegree and 3-5years of HR or relatedexperiencerequired, or an equivalentcombination of educationandexperience

  • TechnicalexpertisewithMicrosoftSharePoint or related contentmanagement and collaboration tools preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of HR principlesandpracticesandfederal, state, andlocal employment laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, OFCCP, FLSA, DOL, EEV)

  • Ability to manageconfidentialdataandinformation

  • Organizational,project,andprocessmanagementskills

  • Written and verbal communicationskills,including developinganddeliveringpresentations

  • Conflict management and influencingskills

  • Quantitative andqualitativeanalyticalskillsandattention to details

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Computer skills with MicrosoftOfficeapplications(Word,Excel,Outlook,PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of MicrosoftSharePointadministration and contentmanagementskills

Pay Ranges

$45,818.00 - $76,364.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
