Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admissions Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment:

  • Actively reach out to potential students through various channels, including high schools, colleges, career fairs, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and organizations to generate leads.
  • Conduct presentations and informational sessions about the Academy of Make Up Arts programs.

• Admissions Counseling:

  • Provide detailed information about program offerings, admissions requirements, and career opportunities.
  • Assist prospective students with application processes, including completing forms and gathering necessary documents.
  • Conduct campus tours and virtual tours to showcase the facilities and learning environment.

• Follow-Up:

  • Maintain regular contact with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Track and manage leads in the admissions database.
  • Provide timely follow-up and support to ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to prospective students.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the admissions team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals.
