The Ascension Saint Thomas Leadership Team is pleased to invite applications to our Administrative Fellowship program from MHA or MBA degree graduates with an expected start date of July 2024 . The Ascension Saint Thomas Administrative Fellowship is seeking highly-qualified applicants interested in making a 12 month commitment to professional growth and development within Saint Thomas and Ascension. Support executive leaders and organizational strategies through a structured development program.

  • Assist in the formulation, enhancement and implementation of organizational strategy and policies.

  • Oversee and analyze specified financial targets, operating budgets and/or resource allocation.

  • Complete data collection or research and value-added analytics for executive leaders through the interpretation of facts and summary analyses.

  • Identity and facilitate process improvement initiatives.

  • Lead assigned, critical projects.

  • Facilitate key leadership meetings including developing agendas, materials, discussion topics, actions items and outlines key decisions.

  • Complete development program including assessment process, development goal planning and defined projects.



  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Enrolled or graduate of Master's degree program preferred.
