Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
In this Supervisor, Information Systems opportunity you will make impacts in the following ways;
Lead IT projects, including assisting of design and deployment of new IT systems and services
Lead and supervise a team of 5-7 System Administrators
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High Schol Diploma and 8 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree and 4 or more years of relevant experience
Security Certification
Knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations
In-depth understanding of programming, computer science and digital security
Supervisory and / or management experience leading people and projects
A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
Customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Security Certification

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
