Visible Edge, Inc., A leading Engineering & Design Services Provider in New England for the last 32 years, is continuing its planned expansion of its superior staff. We are looking for a Recruiter/Account Manager to work out of our Nashua, NH location to sell our Education and Staffing Services. The desire to work with new customers in person and via the phones is the key element to success in this position.\ The Education Services pillar of our business, Visible Edge Institute (Ve-I) is a Licensed Postsecondary Education Institution. We are a WIOA, Trade Act, and Veterans Administration Approved Training Center (GI Bill Approved). The ideal candidate will nurture existing contractual relationships with MA & NH Unemployment Offices, Career Centers and the VA Administration, assisting counselors on selecting the appropriate programs for potential students.\ In addition to working with these agencies Ve-I has programs targeted to our B2B customer base. The ideal candidate will grow our customer base through prospecting for new opportunities by introducing our new programs to HR, Sales, IT, and Engineering Managers.\ The Staffing Services pillar of our business will be utilized to place students who have successfully graduated from our programs. Job placement will be a key task for this position. The ideal candidate will again prospect and nurture existing customer relationships to find employment for both students and other candidates seeking employment. Our unique ecosystem allows us to provide needed training to all staffing candidates while offering employment placement services for our existing students and others seeking new employment opportunities.\ The Technology and Integration pillar of our business will provide resources and other sales opportunities to the ideal candidate. Visible Edge, Inc. offers a complete range of PLM, MCAD and CAM products and services including software, training, implementation and consulting services, engineering personnel, computer hardware and an industry leading line of 3D Printers.\ We are conveniently located just north of the MA border. Our working environment fosters the learning and creativity that allows us to deliver best in class products and services, to our loyal customers, at maximum value.\ Requirements:\ Ability to quickly grasp technical ideas and concepts\ Self-Motivated, Energetic and Enthusiastic personality\ Organized with excellent time management skills\ Excellent verbal/written communications skills\ Ability to listen, understand and organize customer needs\ Proficient with Microsoft Office applications\ Professional appearance and demeanor\ 2 year degree and experience selling education services or technical products\ Responsibilities for this position include:\ Selling Education & Staffing Services\ o Potential to also sell MCAD & PLM software, 3D Printers, Consulting Services and Computer Hardware if Education & Staffing Services if requirements are met.\ Account prospecting, development & management of new accounts\ Generate & develop customers through outbound calls\ Prepare and present client proposals\ Become an industry product expert\ Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers\ Setup product demos to qualified customers on request\ Emphasizes saleable features, quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders\ Minimal Local travel may be required\ Please e-mail a resume in Microsoft Word format, rate range, availability, and valid contact information.
