BAE Systems Procurement Compliance Analyst in Nashua, New Hampshire
Job Description
Would you enjoy working remotely, delivering in-person and remote trainings, helping others within the BAE Systems Procurement community understand procedural requirements, and working with a great team of Procurement Compliance professionals? In this Procurement Compliance Sr. Analyst role, no one day is alike. While there are recurring tasks such as procurement file audits, system health checks, compliance reviews, and delegation of authority administration, there is an opportunity to be creative by developing and delivery new training materials, supporting monthly trainings of new employees on systems and tools, and publishing newsletters. The Procurement Compliance team is responsible for the internal control and integrity of the Purchasing System at BAE Systems which entails internal audit of procurement files, delivering an annual training curriculum, and daily communication and outreach to the ES Procurement community. Procurement Compliance Analyst become the subject matter experts on the ES Procurement Procedures. There may be a need to travel to various BAE Systems site locations to deliver trainings.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Comfort speaking in front of various size groups
Attention to detail, self-motivated and ability to multi-task
Work collaboratively on small team and enjoy a remote work environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
General Procurement or Subcontracts experience at BAE Systems
Familiar with Oracle ERP and ePO tool
Prior exposure and understanding of ES Procurement Procedures
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $78,760 - $133,8710
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
