Location: Saint Joseph Hospital, Southern New Hampshire

Position Overview:

  • Full-time Hospital-Employed position with generous Paid Time Off (PTO).

  • Conveniently located practices throughout our southern New Hampshire communities.

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine.

  • Active New Hampshire License required

  • The ability to oversee a high-volume patient panel and achieve quality metrics.

    Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a diverse and successful team of primary care providers to deliver comprehensive health care services for the whole family.

  • Provide preventative care such as routine checkups, immunizations, and management of chronic illnesses.

  • Offer personalized treatment plans to patients and their families.
