Description

Responsibilities:

Lead audit engagements from start to completion including non-traditional supplemental engagements in cost certification, tax compliance and financial modeling

Plan and conduct audit fieldwork and prepare financial statements

Perform diversified tasks and resolve audit related issues

Supervise, train and mentor audit staff

Develop and cultivate professional client relationships

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

CPA license

3+ years of recent public accounting audit experience progressing in scope and responsibility

Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service, problem solving and PC skills including MS Office and accounting software proficiency

Ability to oversee and mentor junior staff, juggle multiple priorities and professionally manage clients and engagements in a fast-paced environment

Eagerness to learn and grow and a desire to take on new levels of responsibility

Prior experience in renewable energy and tax credit programs is a plus, but not required
