Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated sales leader with Amazon 1P experience to manage and grow the existing global business. We need someone ready to be a major contributor to our organization! You will leverage your experience working with Amazon vendor managers and agencies, driving long-term strategy as much as executing the day-to-day. Collaboration with other departments will be a cornerstone of success, as well as the opportunity to present results and future needs to the management team. You will be required to meet quarterly sales objectives, so continuous improvement with a results-oriented focus will be critical.

  • Get the word out: by executing effective marketing campaigns, including Amazon Ads, Amazon Business and ‘tier 1’ promotion execution.

  • Be our subject matter expert : as Amazon constantly changes how they operate their business, you will recommend commensurate updates to ours.

  • Collaboration is critical : to ensure overall sales success, externally you will manage our agency resources on a day-to-day basis; internally, inventory forecasting and new product releases/features will require your constant input.

  • We want insights! Analyze sales patterns, identifying trends and flagging anomalies for review.

To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have.

  • Proven skillsets managing Amazon’s 1P (reseller) relationship. For clarity: applications with only 3P experience will not be pursued.

  • Proven experience meeting quarterly sales goals.

  • Knowledge of operating within Vendor Central.

  • Strong financial acumen, including profitability analysis of Amazon’s different ordering types (run rate versus Spectra versus direct import).

  • Strong analytical skills – must be detail oriented, diligent, and organized.

  • Strong negotiation skills (AVN).

  • Ability to multi-task, communicate and collaborate with internal teams, and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Ecommerce experience (generally) and marketplace knowledge beyond Amazon a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is considered a plus but is not required.
