Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Smart Home Programmer Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the installation and programming of advanced smart home systems, including lighting, security, audio-visual, and home automation solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation and programming of smart home systems, including lighting, security, audio-visual, and home automation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on smart home solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to smart home systems.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and installers.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and company quality guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the smart home industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Smart Home Programmer Installer, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
- Extensive knowledge of smart home systems, including lighting control, security systems, audio-visual integration, and home automation.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in programming languages used in smart home systems: Crestron and Lutron.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in smart home technologies are a plus.
