Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Our Accounting Services Supervisor you will oversee the organization, training and planning of work related to both human resources and accounting items. You will be responsible to ensure that documents/ data are accurate and correctly processed, updating systems and producing various accounting and administrative reports.
What You'll Do
Provide leadership and support to administrative and operational management and staff in all areas of Accounts Payable and Company Purchasing Cards (P-Cards)
Coordinate, perform, and promote company policies, procedures, and internal controls as well as area specific procedures
Provide in-depth accounting supervision of all Accounts Payable functions: AP processing, coding, and entry, AP Compliance Reporting and Reviews, Vendor Set-up/Maintenance, P-Card coding, processing, and reviews, assist all other Areas of Accounting
Ensure accuracy of incoming vendor invoices and capture of invoices
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of job costing & ledger accounts
Provide assistance to team members on processing their vendor invoices/statements and P-Card expense reports and Fuel Card reports
Provide weekly and monthly financial reports to leadership
Lead in new hire training and overall cross training of all accounting functions
Verify internal consistency, completeness, and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents
Lead in resolving unusual problems
Act as backup to the Accounting Services Manager when needed
Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred
4+ years of accounts payable experience
1+ year of accounts payable supervisory and/or leadership experience is required
At least an Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; SAP experience preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting procedures for accounts payable
Must possess a strong understanding of general accepted accounting principles (GAAP), SOX compliance, and internal controls

Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
