Only LOCAL candidates will be considered for this role, as it is fully in person. This program will run from June 2nd to December 12th, 2025. Selected candidates must be available to work Full-Time hours between June 2nd and August 8th, and Part-Time hours through the end of the program. Candidates are expected to work all their hours in person.

While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.
Mondelēz International Operations assignments are designed for individuals pursuing careers in Engineering and Manufacturing Production/ Operations Management . Our Co Op assignments focus on practical, value-added projects, and related experiences that teach how operations production drives value throughout the organization. This includes:
Providing leadership and guidance to employees while optimizing production
Meeting production schedules to achieve business goals
Communicating effectively with managers, supervisors, and employees
Leading multi-functional project teams of technical and operations functions
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any Engineering related degree.
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between May 2026 and December 2026.
Must be in close proximity to Mondelez International’s Naperville, IL Plant (1555 Ogden Ave, Naperville, IL 60540)
Must be available to do full-time hours (40 hours per week) over the Summer, and part-time hours during the Fall 2025 school semester.
Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.

Compensation
The expected compensation weekly pay ranges for interns is $1,000 - $1,300.
Compensation rates for Summer Interns is pre-determined and non-negotiable.
