About Our Opportunity

As an EDI Coordinator at Chervon North America, you will be r esponsible for maintaining and reviewing master data related to our supply chain processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, enabling us to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • End -to-end ownership of system information exchanges across the business.

  • Coordinate with external service providers to build, enhance, maintain, and support key system integrations among data interchange programs.

  • Responsible for customer onboarding from testing to implementation and ongoing maintenance as necessary.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customized data sharing platforms.

  • Review failed EDI transactions and perform root cause analysis to develop and implement solutions.  

  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Create and maintain master data templates and guidelines to facilitate accurate and consistent data storage and integrity.

  • Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies to ensure efficient data flow.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all EDI or data related requests including but not limited to analysis and reporting. 

  • Collaborate cross functionally to understand business processes and related transactions in various systems to support projects and progressive initiatives. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel (including pivot tables), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies .

  • Familiarity with data management and governance practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

    Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required.

  • Proven experience as an EDI Coordinator, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.

  • Proficiency in data management tools and technologies.

    Supervisory Responsibility

    This position does not have supervisory responsibility.   

    Travel

    This position requires approximately 5% domestic travel.
