Position Available
PRP Wine International is seeking candidates for a Branch Manager position. The successful candidate will initially join as a Branch Manager Trainee, undergoing a comprehensive six-month training program at our Naperville office. This training will cover all aspects of the role, preparing you for promotion to Branch Manager within one of our 17 markets across the US.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Proactive individual with strong organizational skills
Coachable and willing to learn
Ability to mentor and coach others
Enjoy meeting and engaging with people
Comfortable making calls to set up wine tastings and events, including cold calls to corporate clients
Strong relationship-building skills through personal interaction
Willingness to participate in community functions and events, including evenings and weekends
Job Requirements
Must be 21 years or older
Willingness to relocate after six months of training (company-paid relocation)
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
1-2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred
Experience in hiring and training new talent is a plus
Knowledge of wine is a plus
Reliable transportation for traveling to appointments
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Passion for selling wine
Compensation
Annual salary: $45,000 - $70,000 (base salary and projected commission)
