TITLE: Retail Store Manager

REPORTS TO: Regional Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for exceeding sales and service goals through labor, parts, and other business avenues by providing superior customer service through in-store execution of programs, initiatives and standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire, train, develop and motivate retail staff and monitor their performance.

• Evaluate store and individual performance.

• Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, and year while leading and motivating your sales and service teams to perform beyond expectations.

• Report on forecasted sales numbers for retail location within a region on a daily and weekly basis.

• Analyze store market trends to determine new opportunities for growth.

• Ensure compliance of all safety regulations and guidelines by your stores and employees.

• Ensure that each location’s work environment is up to 4WP standards and guidelines.

• Support team members daily.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Source key shop (technician) and selling positions regularly in order to have talent readily available for increased staffing and customer needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED prefer Bachelor’s degree

• A valid driver’s license

• 4+ years of experience in the automotive or off-road/aftermarket industry

• Proven sales leadership success

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques

• Ability to exercise judgement and to work independently.
