Job Description and Duties
Nutrition Services is accepting applications for a full time, permanent Supervising Cook II position.
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Dietetics, the Supervising Cook II plans, organizes, and supervises the preparation, cooking, andserving of food for patients; supervises the maintenance of culinary equipment supplies, and work areas; instructs culinary workers; and do other related work. Incumbents ensure public property is protected and safe. In addition, incumbents will respond to emergency situations as trained in Therapeutic Strategies and Interventions (TSI).
