Treasury Wine Estates Seasonal Support Associate, Etude Winery in Napa, California

About us

Etude Wines is dedicated to mastering the craft of winegrowing. Etude specializes in Estate grown Carneros Pinot Noir and Chardonnay as well as Pinot Noir from other appellations which include Santa Rita, Santa Maria, Sonoma Coast and Yamhill-Carlton(OR). Etude also sources Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley.

About the role

The Seasonal Support Associate role supports our busy Tasting Room operations be assisting with support functions that include, greeting guests and checking in for reservations; assisting Hospitality Sales Associates with the setup and breakdown of Tasting Experiences, including but not limited to setting tables for experiences, cleaning tables post experiences, dish/glass washing and buffing. You will be required to work weekends and holidays. If you are passionate about wine and are interested in getting into hospitality, we want to hear from you!

  • You will operate an iPad/Computer for reservations

  • You are professional on all levels while clocked in or on company premises

  • You come to work with positive attitude and outlook on the day

  • You can speak clearly and in a consistently friendly tone to guests

  • You will operate a commercial dishwasher to clean and sanitize glassware and dishes

  • You will be required to clear, clean, and resets tables promptly

  • You will maintain proper table alignment and setup

  • You will restock glassware in all areas and are responsible for cleanliness and upkeep

  • You are responsible for following proper closing procedures

  • You are punctual and keeps good attendance

  • Other duties as required for support of team

About you

  • You must be 18 years or older to apply

  • You are required and can stand and walk for long periods of time

  • You are able to lift 40+ pounds and able to climb stairs and use ramps (you will have to pass a Lift Test as required).

  • This position must work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), some holidays and evenings

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $18 to $25 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
