Description We are in the process of bringing on board an Accounts Payable Specialist. The prospective employee will be part of a team operating in the industry sector, based in Napa, California. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Execute vendor invoicing and payments in an accurate and timely manner

• Take responsibility for corporate credit card processing

• Carry out month-end procedures related to accounts payable

• Effectively manage year-end filing tasks

• Handle phone calls, manage filing systems, and operate fax machines

• Utilize accounts payable software for efficient management of tasks

• Leverage experience in AMS for better task execution

• Apply knowledge of Form 1099 in relevant tasks

• Demonstrate skills in account reconciliation and credit card reconciliation. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processing is a must.

• Demonstrable experience with Account Reconciliation.

• Knowledge of Form 1099 processing is required.

• Ability to perform Credit Card Reconciliation effectively.
