Data Analytics expert contributes to the Data Analytics topics within the Innomotics China based on existing data analytics platform as well as cross-communication with Innomotics global team.

The Role.

• Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with our key Commercial stakeholders and create understanding of needs, complexities, impact and opportunities to support decision making

• Capture data-related requirements such as entity, source, data availability, data quality, pain points, volume, speed of ingestion, latency, security and estimate the business value of meeting these requirements

• Identify and present opportunities for modeling improvements

• Facilitate change management activities such as solution adoption, empowering users, and leaning, to enable the organization to realize the full potential of its data in combination with technology

• Ability to operate with limited supervision, exercising independent judgement

• Perform role as a project manager for selected projects (small to medium size)

• Guide less-experienced data professionals in other disciplines, demonstrating the ability to lead, influence and collaborate across divers global cultures

Your Profile.

• Physically located in China, prefer Shanghai

• Proficient written, oral communication, and presentation skills in English

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analyst in minimum 2 domain areas (e.g: Commercial, Finance, Operation, etc…)

• Hands-on experience / knowledge with HANA or Snowflake or other similar data warehouse

• Experience creating functional requirements including business rules, data sources, profiling between source and target systems

• Experience with data quality root cause analysis

• Experience in a global or multi-cultural work environment

• Experience with Devops / CICD tools or process

• Interest in AI / machine learning
