Responsibilities:

• Provides support to customers including installation, and servicing and repairing complex systems and equipment.

• Resolves customer problems in the areas of hardware/software installation, repair, upgrade and maintenance.

Experience:

• Software troubleshooting and install.

• Win10, hardware break/fix, software install/troubleshooting.

• Service Now, ticket management

• Customer service skills.

• 3 years minimum experience,

own transportation, 1 year contract that could lead to full time role.
