The Grafton Job Corps Center is seeking a detail oriented candidate who is passionate about helping young adults to join our team as a Student Records manager!

Grafton Job Corps Center is a federally funded, residential vocational training facility. Our mission is to provide cost-free, career-based technical and academic training along with job placement assistance to disadvantaged youth ages 16-24 years of age.

This position leads the student records department, and is heavily involved in the process of making sure we have new students arriving on center every week to meet the Department of Labor's yearly student arrival goals, as well as maintaining student records, assisting in the process of student leaves and exit documentation, and making sure the center's student documentation is in compliance with DOL standards.

Position pay is $48,000 annually

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Position Summary: Responsible for the maintenance, accuracy and completeness of student records.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEAssociate’s Degree from an accredited school required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two years of related supervisory experience in records keeping, administrative support and electronic records preferred. Computer literacy and proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications required. The Associates Degree requirement may be substituted with a high school diploma and five years of Job Corps records management experience.
