Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client with their search to find a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for one of their properties! Apply now if you meet the qualifications below!

Responsibilities for this job include:

  • Data Entry

  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word)

  • Greeting guests as they arrive and making them comfortable

  • Answering phones and taking messages

  • Bill coding (at times)

Qualifications for thid job include:

  • High School Diploma

  • High energy and positive attitude is a must!

  • Customer Service experience

  • Sense of urgency

  • Reliable transportation and attendance

This position will be every Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm with a one hours lunch. This position will start at $11.00/hr.

Pay Details: $11.00 to $12.00 per hour
