Description We are offering a sales assistant role in the fitness technology industry based in Murray, Utah, 84017, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where the selected candidate will provide in-store experiences and sales support within our retail stores, educate visitors on our product range, and close sales.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service and solutions to all current and future customers

• Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and content

• Assist customers in finding the right product fit for their needs

• Meet or exceed established performance goals

• Contribute to all store activities including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other duties as assigned

• Engage in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness community events, and Customer Support

• Handle cash activity and buying processes in a safe and efficient manner

• Utilize CRM for data processing and maintaining accurate customer records

• Answer inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries

• Use software tools such as ADP - Financial Services, Concur, Crystal Reports, and About Time for various tasks. Requirements • Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Concur software

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports

• Ability to perform data processing tasks efficiently

• Experience with 'About Time' software

• Skilled in answering inbound calls

• Understanding of buying processes

• Experience in handling cash activity

• Competency in cash handling procedures
