Director, Analytics and Technology

DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Director, Analytics and Technology to add to our team. This position will provide direction and support to the managers of Information Technology (IT) and Business Intelligence (BI) by aligning IT and BI strategies with organizational strategic plans. In this role, you will also direct and oversee the operations of the information technology program to ensure regulatory requirements and work with the business intelligence program to ensure effective data analytics and operations. You will be responsible for employee engagement through performance management activities and quality assurance/improvement activities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Training/Education/Certification:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred, and/or an equivalent combination of education, IT, and BI work experience

Experience Required:

• A minimum of five years of experience in management and leadership in a healthcare and/or OPO environment
• A minimum of five years of experience in IT, BI, and OPO operations is preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of healthcare and hospital industry preferred
• Knowledge of organ and tissue recovery operations is preferred
• Must have a demonstrated ability to drive results to improve processes and outcomes with the use of critical thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, motivate, influence, and achieve cooperation with both internal and external relationships
• Must be organized, detail oriented, self-directed, motivated contributor with ability to function autonomously and effectively lead, to execute reasonable and sound decision making
• Leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to influence others through trust, credibility, and likability
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives, to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Must be able to move 20 pounds at times with or without reasonable accommodation
