Job Description

Position Title: Quality Systems Manager

Location: TN location

1. Either out of HQ or Plant location

Schedule: Standard shift

1. Potentially hybrid-based schedule

Role Function:

1. Primary IATF 16949 person for Steel Summit

a. Going to be almost serving as a "lead auditior"

2. Being able to work with different departments and mentor them through the IATF standards/practices

3. Working through getting IATF certs in place and updated properly

4. Training individuals on the IATF 16949 process and requirements

a. Each individual department needs to have their own ownership

b. Training people through APQP process

5. Potential travel to different plant locations
