Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, and in fabricating metal parts and tools by performing the following duties.

Job Description

• Directs workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.

• Maintains schedules of predictive and preventive maintenance.

• Read and Interpret blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.

• Commits to continuous improvement

• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.

• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.

• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.

• Maintains a schedule of all internal work orders and schedules completion of all approved work orders.

• Consistently adheres to, and supports, company policies and procedures, including environmental and quality standards.

• Responsible for identifying, indexing, accessing, filing, storage, and disposal of records within the department

Skills

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred

• 2+ years of leadership experience

• Pneumatic / hydraulic troubleshooting

• Predictive and preventive maintenance

• Robotics troubleshooting and programming

• Interpretation of blueprints and specifications

Salary

$80,000-$100,000/ yr

Location

Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Shift

1st shift 7:00AM -3:30PM with overnight
