Job Title: Project Manager - Large Scale Industrial and Commercial Projects

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects ranging from $5-50 million. You will work on projects for major clients such as Amazon, USPS, FedEx, and UPS. This role requires spending 25-50% of your time on construction sites, conducting site investigations, and producing or assisting with drawings. Proficiency in using a 360 camera, distometer, and force meter is essential. While Revit skills are a plus, they are not required. You will primarily use Bluebeam for markups and Microsoft Office for other tasks.

Hard Skills

• Education or experience in mechanical or electrical engineering!!

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, commercial, and industrial construction/design

• Ability to produce or assist with drawings

• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office

• Use of 360 camera, distometer, and force meter

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership

• Excellent communication

• Organizational skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Munster, Indiana.

Work Environment

You will spend most days onsite in Munster, IN, working either in the office or at the job site 5 days a week.
