Roles & Responsibilities
Development and evaluation of technical solutions
Close coordination with suppliers on manufacturing topics (design for manufacturing)
Preparation of technical component approvals and associated approval coordination
Participation in issues related to problem analysis, troubleshooting and implementation of corrective actions
Coordination of quality issues with internal and external departments as well as customers and suppliers
Design space analyses in CATIA V5 in the context of the entire vehicle and on components as well as the assemblies contained therein
Documentation, maintenance and presentation of work results
Participation in rule coordination in the development team
Required Skills
Technical affinity combined with a scientifically sound approach to work
Distinct ability to visualize technical systems
Open-mindedness towards new technologies
Basic knowledge of electrical drive systems is an advantage
Knowledge of electrical engineering
Enjoy working in interdisciplinary development teams
Ability to work in a team and professional appearance
Business fluent technical English
Initial experience in the BMW system desirable
