As a Working Student (m/f/d) in the field of Mechanical Engineering you're a part of our small and agile teams - either on a flexible & short-term basis, or continuously from project to project. You can find sample projects in our Motius Success Stories (https://www.motius.com/projects).
Your profile
You study Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics or similar disciplines
You are creative and enjoy working on and implementing your own technical projects, such as building RC planes or similar, and are involved in student organisations
You already have some practical experience in hardware engineering and knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
CAD design (we mainly use Fusion 360)
Rapid Prototyping: experience of 3D printing (FDM, SLA), laser cutting and CNC milling
Mechatronics, Robotics & UI: Ability to develop and integrate mechatronic systems with novel sensors and actuators, especially for robotic applications
Control Engineering: Experience in developing, programming and optimising control systems for mechanical and robotic applications
Calculation and Simulation: Basic knowledge of static and dynamic calculation and simulation of mechanical systems
Curiosity about the latest technology trends and R&D, as well as the motivation to develop both technically and personally, and to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
You want to have a direct impact on the products and innovations of our customers
