As part of the Vendor Experience and Operations (VEO) team, you will be the voice of our worldwide selling partners – working backwards from their needs and challenging the status quo through innovation. To achieve this, you are an effective negotiator and make the optimal trade-offs grounded in data, while interlinking customer experience, business strategy and technology in a rapidly evolving environment. You are comfortable communicating, representing your vision, and influencing across all levels of leadership, in a high visibility role.

This role can be based in London, Munich, Luxembourg, Milan, Madrid, or Paris.

Key job responsibilities

As the Sr. PM of the Generative AI Assistant, you will:

• Manage the lifecycle of product features from conception to release, iteration and maintenance, driving the right product for the customer experience while prioritizing work in backlogs to ensure timely delivery of key features

• Collaborate cross-functionally across Amazon’s worldwide consumer business, aligning diverse stakeholders to your vision in order to meet user requirements and business objectives

• Identify product/process gaps and work together with partner teams to agree on mitigation plans

• Develop clear business requirements and user stories to create product specifications and architecture

• Drive effective cooperation with engineering and science teams and support technology decisions that enable / enhance your product

• Define clear success criteria and collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to ensure your product has a comprehensive set of actionable input and output metrics that enable effective decision-making

• Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the product experience and build user trust

• Partner with UX teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and workflows

• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact strategic and technical goals

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years of product management experience, owning product roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience in taking a product end-to-end from the conception phase through tech design, building, testing, launching, and continuous improvement

• Experience with feature delivery trade-offs

• Experience in driving engineering discussions and technology decisions

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from large amounts of data

• Experience in representing and advocating for customers during executive-level prioritization and planning

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Team orientation and willingness to roll up sleeves to solve complex, dynamic challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or MS graduate studies

• Experience leading products that leverage LLMs
