We also provide smart energy management systems that can combine EV charging infrastructure with battery storage systems and renewable energy generation. *How can you change the future with us? These are your tasks: *

  • You coordinate internal and external software developers as well as suppliers 

  • You manage the development of software architectures and code bases for proof of concepts and new products within your project team and you also develop own solutions for smaller projects

  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and agile development teams, to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and specify technical solutions for new requirements and product features  

  • You involve relevant stakeholders (project managers, product managers, test managers, etc.) in the decision-making process  

  • You ensure that software codes meet quality standards, including performance, (cyber) security, and reliability    

  • You stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies, continuously improving software design and development processes (e.g., use of Copilot for efficient coding)  

  • You look for solutions to problems in the existing code base using advanced refactoring techniques  

*The skills and qualification you bring to advance the world of eMobility: *

  • The basis for your success is a Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a related field   

  • You have a long-term experience in the eMobility industry as a developer, software architect, or a similar role

  • You possess a good experience in international software project management with solid knowledge of software engineering processes (Agile, Scrum)

  • You are well-versed in Requirements Engineering and proficient in using JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub/GitLa

  • You possess extensive skills in compiled programming languages (e.g., C++, Go, C) as well as script-based programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)

  • You have knowledge of cloud architectures and common API interfaces (e.g., REST, MQTT)

  • You understand electromobility-relevant protocols such as ISO15118, OCPP, and EEBus, which is an advantage

  • You have an affinity for and experience in agile software development (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)

  • You are familiar with tools for requirement analysis, version control, debugging, programming (IDE), and testing

  • You are a committed, independent, and reliable team player with strong communication skills, a can-do mentality, and enthusiasm for electromobility

  • Your fluent English skills are essential for cooperation with our international team
