The Team:

As a Payroll & HR Administration EMEA APJ team located in Munich and Madrid we are on an exciting path through a very interesting journey which is shifting into GLobal Payroll delivery mode. We will be more than happy to Welcome our New Intern on board so we can share our payroll knowledge for Germany. In this role you will report directly into Celonis’ Director of HR Administration & Payroll who is based in Munich and work alongside a team distributed across Munich and Madrid.

The Role:

You will join the DACH Team which is supporting Payroll and HR Administration Processes for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will have an opportunity to grow in Payroll by supporting the Team with their day to day tasks and participate in many interesting projects we have on our roadmap. You will get more insights about how Payroll Function operates in Global Organization as Celonis. Is a role where outside the box thinking and agility is more than welcome and appreciated.

The work you’ll do:

• Assist in payroll administrative tasks like checking payroll input for data entry accuracy;

• Monitor payroll tickets using the ticketing tool (Service Now);

• Maintaining employee payroll files and archiving to ensure compliance with audit requirements;

• Perform data analysis by working on various reports in Excel;

• Assist in maintaining process documentation;

The qualifications you need:

• curiosity and drive to learn and grow in a payroll area

• you are familiar with google suite/Ms office especially excel

• fluency in German and English in communication and writing is a requirement
