As Multi-Property Sales Manager - Pro Active Sales (m/f/d) with focus on DACH region in the Munich Sales Office you will be part of our young motivated team and responsible for the sales of more than 1104 hotel rooms as well as 29 event rooms of the four Munich Marriott Hotels: Munich Marriott Hotel, Munich Ariport Marriott Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Munich City Center as well as the Courtyard by Marriott Munich Garching.

We are looking forward to motivated team players who have a knack for sales to optimize the efficiency of our team.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Multi-Property Sales Manager - Proactive Sales with a focus on the DACH region (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.

This is what your day looks like:

• Account management of existing customers

• Acquisition of new customers in the MICE & Corporate sector

• Contract negotiation and execution of RFP's

• Organization and execution of sales activities

• Telemarketing, customer visits and house tours

• Ideally professional experience in proactive sales

• Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility

• Fluent in German and English
