We are looking for a Group & Event Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) for our 3 hotels of the Munich Complex (The Westin Grand Munich, Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark, Aloft Munich) in full time.

What we have on our list:

  • Receiving and selling as well as planning and organizing events and group bookings

  • Processing of inquiries until contract preparation and handover to event team after contract signature

  • Preparation of offers and contracts as well as price negotiations of one-day and multi-day events in German and English language

  • Quotation and placement of inquiries and their management

  • Conducting personal appointments and house tours with customers

  • Support of regular customers

  • Handling organizational and administrative tasks for the convention sales department

What you have on your list:

  • Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable professional training in the service industry, or completed university studies

  • First experience in convention sales is an advantage

  • Very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken

  • Very good knowledge of all MS Office applications

  • Very good communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Very good manners

  • High level of organizational talent

  • Distinct ability to work in a team
