POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) in full-time for our team in the central accounting department in Munich-Bogenhausen with immediate effect:

This is what your day looks like:

• Responsible for the current financial accounting for various company codes

• Supervision of accounts payable and accounts receivable for the responsible company codes

• Account assignment and posting of current business transactions in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and Group guidelines

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements including closing entries

• Preparation of analyses as well as account and intercompany reconciliation

• Contact person for the individual company codes

• Further development and optimization of processes

• Execution and monitoring of payment transactions

• Preparation of the sales tax audit

What we expect from you:

• Successfully completed commercial training

• Relevant professional experience in financial accounting

• Sound knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and confidence in closing financial statements

• Analytical thinking as well as an independent, structured and careful way of working

• Confident handling of common MS Office applications

• Distinct team and communication skills as well as high resilience, flexibility and initiative

• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

• USALI knowledge is an advantage
