You will get to know all areas of the hotel from the ground up, give our guests a warm welcome and do your utmost to ensure that every visit to our hotel is an unforgettable experience. To strengthen our teams, we are offering a full-time apprenticeship in the hotel industry (m/f/d) from 01 September 2024.

This is what your day will look like:

• During your apprenticeship with us, no two days will be the same. You will get to know all our departments and gradually become a professional for all the tasks of a hotel specialist:

• You welcome guests at reception, are the first point of contact for questions and requests and always have a tip at the ready

• If something is not quite right, you take care of it and pass the complaint on to the right person - or you are given the opportunity to take care of it yourself

• You entertain our guests, serve food and drinks in our bar, restaurant and banqueting area

• You will prepare meals and support the purchasing department in ordering and organising goods

• You will check rooms and public areas after cleaning and ensure that everything meets our standards

• You will gain insights into the Event Management department

• You will check bookings and process invoices in the accounting department

• You will manage the cash register system independently

• You will work early and late shifts in the respective departments

• After familiarisation and under the instruction of your trainers, you will manage your own shifts, for example in room service

This is what we want from you:

• You have a charming, authentic and warm demeanour as well as a well-groomed appearance and good communication skills

• You have completed your school education

• You have a sound basic knowledge of German and English

• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the catering, hotel or service industry in the form of an internship or part-time job

• You are a team player and enjoy working in a team

• You are a host through and through and creativity and enjoyment of work are a matter of course for you
