RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES: -Contact prospective customers to ascertain needs and opportunities, via telephone in our call center. -Gather all relevant information, including size, age, and owner contact information for building/roof. -Record data into contact management database for distribution to sales staff. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in database. QUALIFICATIONS: -Must be 18 years of age. -High school diploma or GED preferred. -Basic computer knowledge including use of Outlook, Excel, and Word are helpful. Position also requires telephone skills, and minimum basic typing skills. -Some experience in a CALL CENTER or TELEMARKETING is preferred. -Having knowledge of Microsoft access is preferred, but not required. -Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen and provide 2 forms of I-9 Citizenship approved identification.
