SUMMARY

The candidate will be responsible for performing real transactions and estates management function for the client’s real estate portfolio. The geographical coverage will include India and extend as an account coordinator for the region. Below is a broad outline of the key responsibilities to be performed by the individual -

  • Support and facilitates project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments and adherence to client objectives and processes.

  • Coordinates, identifies, and mobilizes local teams on ground. Confirms fee arrangements and execute engagement letters (request for services document)

  • Drives transaction projects of varied nature that may involve lease renewal, relocation, consolidation, disposition, purchase etc. and ensures successful closeout

  • Familiar with strategy formulation, business case studies, drafting short and long-term plans, portfolio optimization, financial modelling etc.

  • Conducts weekly/monthly review meetings and calls with the client’s steering committee, internal and external stakeholders, accountable for all key deliverables, submissions

  • Develops healthy relationship with all client divisions; involving but not limited to Business leadership, CRE, Legal, Finance, Project and Facilities Management, Audit, Admin etc.

  • Provide support to the client in drafting the Annual Operation Plan (AOP)

  • Ensure governance to client’s standard operating procedures (SOPs), due diligence processes, playbooks, templates and monitor activity of brokers to ensure compliance to client’s protocols.

  • Work with respective regional market leaders to ensure all transaction updates are reported accurately and timely on the transaction / portfolio portal (Sequentra, TransAct etc. as applicable)

  • Actively involved in capital planning, Analysis & maintenance of WIP trackers and reports, such as regional revenue, capital committee meeting approvals and other portfolio activities

  • Support the regional TM Lead and Alliance Director on with portfolio analysis as required for critical dates, portfolio planning

  • Engage with other verticals such as Lease Admin, PJM, FM as required regionally and globally for portfolio date management and meet relevant KPI’s for data sufficiency / accuracy

  • Monthly performed data sanity checks, identifying gaps in Transact data as compared to Sequentra and following up with TMs for any discrepancy in data.

KEY SKILLS

  • Proactive approach towards responsibilities with focus on delivering quality output

  • Strong negotiation skills, well versed with lease structuring, RE agreements, contracts etc.

  • Good communication (verbal & written) competence with presentation and financial skills

  • Team player with good influencing and multi-tasking skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

§ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

§ Candidates with experience in IPC’s, consultancy firms and client CRE teams will be preferred

§ Prior experience in Transaction and Account management roles will add value to the role

§ At least 5+ years’ experience in the RE industry
